We want you to be completely satisfied with your Intellidesk Purchase. Yet, we understand that sometimes a product just doesn’t fit. No worries, we are still here to make your returns easy.

Intellidesk’s 15-Day Risk Free Trial Policy

We stand firmly behind the quality and innovative designs of our products with a 15-day, risk-free trial period which guarantees free returns of like-new products returned in original packaging.

If you do not like our product & wish to return it No-Questions-Asked, your Return shall be accepted & Refund will be processed after deducting 1.5% Payment Gateway Charges along with Shipping Charges that we incurred to ship the Products to your address.

  • Custom Solid Wood Desktops are made to order & Custom Cut just for you and are subject to 30% Restocking Fees which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Bulk Order. If you are ordering more than three desks, We recommend you to order a sample desk to make sure you are happy with everything before placing a bulk order.
  • All returned items must be disassembled and repackaged as they were originally received. Items returned in other than “like new” condition will be subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover repairs or part replacement. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • You will be responsible for shipping the products to the return address provided with the RMA number that we issue you.
  • Returned items are subject to inspection prior to issuing a refund.
  • A refund will be issued the next day once the item has been inspected, which may take 4-6 days to be processed.
  • We strongly suggest using a traceable and insurable shipping method when making your return. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit; you will be responsible for filing a shipping claim.
  • Orders made via 3rd-party sellers, including Amazon, are not eligible for our 15 Day Risk Free Trial.
  • After the initial 15-day Risk Free Trial Policy, Refunds will no longer be available, Please see our warranty policy for all other product returns

Damaged Or Lost Packages

All products leave our warehouse well packaged, in perfect condition and this is how they should arrive to you!  We hope it doesn’t happen but in the unlikely event that an item gets damaged in transit or part of a delivery is missing please notify us via the Contact page or email help@Intellidesk.in directly within 2 business days of receiving your order.

We will resolve the issue by sending a replaced part for the damaged or missing part for which any shipping charges will be paid by Intellidesk.

Due to any reason, if we are not able to correct the defect, then in such case we shall pick up the product from your address and send you a new one. However, If you don’t want the replacement, we’ll process the entire refund for the same with deducting any charges.

Order Cancellation or Changes

Fast order processing means limited time to cancel

Most orders ship within 1-2 Days they’re placed, so please let us know immediately if you decide to cancel or change your order. If your order has not yet shipped and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us immediately. If the item has already shipped, we are unable to reroute shipments. In those cases, you will need to receive the order and then complete the returns process as per Return Policy.

Made-to-order desktops

Custom made desktops have an extended lead time and are subject to a 20% cancellation fee if the manufacturing process for the desktop has started prior to cancellation.

Refunds

To Request a Return Simply mail us at help@intellidesk.in  

We Will Notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or Not or If any deductions are to be made. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take upto 7 Days for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and reflect the refund.

Any Dispute is subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only.
