Absolutely! You can purchase our frames with desktop too. Just visit “Desk Frames only” page from our product category section.
All Visa, Mastercard, American Express Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI &Netbanking of almost all major Banks.
All Intellidesk orders will receive an email order confirmation after the order has been processed. A copy of your invoice will be attached for your records. Please click the Link in your order confirmation to download the PDF.
Your Tracking details will be sent via email and SMS if you have provided your Mobile Number. Once your order has been packed and dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking information. The tracking information will update as soon as your parcel receives the initial scans by our couriers and then you can track your shipping progress soon!
We make every effort to process changes to a submitted order on request. However, we begin processing your order straight away and due to order volumes and courier collections throughout the day, this involves a number of steps that may make changing your order not possible.
If you wish to change or cancel your order, Please send us an email as soon as possible after the order is placed to help@intellidesk.in and we will endeavor to do so.
We begin processing your order straight away but please contact our customer service team immediately if there is any change to the shipping address. If we are unable to update your shipping address we can contact the courier to request a possible redirection.
Shipping
All of our Standing Desks, Chairs and accessories are shipped free to all deliverable Pin Codes of almost all Major Cities via Bluedart. However, Shipping to Pin Codes that are part of ODA (Outer Delivery Area) & EDL (Extended Delivery Location) will be charged only the normal ODA Charges and are preferred to be shipped with DELHIVERY.

Solid Wood Tabletops are Made to Order and will take 7-8 days of processing time before dispatching for delivery.
All our products leave our warehouse well packaged, in perfect condition and this is how they should arrive to you! We hope it doesn’t happen but in unlikely event that an item gets damaged in transit or part of a delivery is missing. Please notify us via the Contact us page or email us at help@intellidesk.in directly within 2 Business days of receiving your order.
Please provide your order details and a clear photo or video of the relevant damage so we can organise a replacement part or product as quickly as possible and lodge a claim with the shipping carrier.

We understand that delays are frustrating, so thank you for your patience! Please check the tracking information you have been sent for your deliver in case there is an tracking update or notification of an unattempted delivery, issue with the delivery address or the parcel has been taken to a parcel collection point.
If your order is more than 4 Business days late based on our delivery estimates please contact us and provide your order details, we will contact the freight carrier and provide you with real time update.
We ship all our orders from one of our warehouse in Delhi-NCR.
Warranty, Returns & Refunds
We stand firmly behind the quality and innovative designs of our products with a 15-day, risk-free trial period which guarantees free returns of like-new products returned in original packaging.
If you do not like our product & wish to return it No-Questions-Asked, your Return shall be accepted & Refund will be processed after deducting 1.5% Payment Gateway Charges along with Shipping Charges that we incurred to ship the Products to your address. Please read our full terms and conditions here.
Refund times are subject to change. However, we typically release funds back to your bank within 5-7 days after we receive the product back in our warehouse.
Feel free to contact us for a warranty claim within the time stated for your warranty. We will either end a replacement part or full replacement, depending upon the issue. We do not currently dispatch repair teams as we want to make it as simple as possible to get you back to work with a replacement.
Assembly
Installation of Intelliidesk Models is very easy and can be done by you by reading the manual that comes with the package. You can also refer to the videos available on our Assembly & Troubleshooting Page here.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us, visit our contact page—one of our assembly experts will be happy to walk you through the process. We also have additional instructions on how to assemble, program, and reset your desk for your reference.
We usually say to give it about half an hour, but it may take a little more or less time depending on how much experience you’ve had assembling things and how handy you are.
Yes! All Intellidesk desktops are pre-drilled for attaching the frames with machine screws into inserts. And pre-drilled holes for controller are also provided. We do not pre-drill for other desk-mounted accessories which allow you the freedom to locate them where they will best suit your needs.
Every product includes a printed copy of the assembly instructions. If you cannot find the instructions or have misplaced them, you can also view or download an electronic copy of the Instructions manual on our website.
