Shipping Carrier/Delivery Timeline
All Intellidesk products include free shipping & Shipped to Major Cities in India Via BLUEDART. Shipping to Pin Codes that are part of ODA (Outer Delivery Area) & EDL (Extended Delivery Location) will be charged only the normal ODA Charges and are preferred to be shipped with DELHIVERY. Just so you know, we only ship to India & Out of India Deliveries are not accepted. Please review the list of all serviceable pincodes by Bluedart before placing the order.
Not only do we ship for free, we ship fast:
- If your order is from Delhi-NCR, After Receiving Confirmation Email, You will receive your order within Minimum of 1 Day & Maximum of 2 Days to reach you.
- If your order is from Major Cities, After Receiving Email Your order will typically take a minimum of 2 Days & Maximum 5 Days to reach you.
- If your order is from ODA & EDL, After Receiving Email Your order will take a minimum of 6 Days & Maximum 8 Days to reach you.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help@intellidesk.in with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
*Please note that during national holidays, inventory shortages, shipping and customs delays, extreme weather, and other scenarios that we have no control over, chances of your delivery getting delayed are high. We will appreciate your patience during those times.
Shipping Address Modification
Because we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, We Ship your order within 1-2 days after you receives your order confirmation Email. Once you receive the Shippinh Confirmation Email, we cannot change the shipping address or other details on your order. You are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our Return Policy.
Tracking your order
You should receive an email with your shipment notification and tracking information shortly after you place your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to be available.
