Intellidesk Models that come with Solid-Wood Table tops are not eligible for this trial policy. 

• Unplug your Intellidesk from the main power supply. Unplug all cables that connect the legs and keypad to the control box. Wait for at least 20 seconds.
• Plug all cables back in and wait for at least another 20 seconds.
• Press and hold both the up and down buttons (at the same time) until the desk lowers all the way down and beeps.
• Release both buttons. Your hard reset is now complete.
