What is Covered?
Intellidesk Limited Warranty policy warrants that:
- The purchased product matches the provided product description/specifications and any representations made about the product to you;
- The product, excluding parts and consumables, is free from defects in materials and workmanship on delivery to you for the duration of the warranty period; and
- The product is free from defects that prevent normal operation and function.
During the warranty period we will repair or replace any parts necessary to correct defects in materials or workmanship. We will make an honest assessment of the issue and determine if it is covered under this warranty. Where a product is covered under this warranty, we will determine whether a repair, replacement part or replacement product is provided and will be responsible for the cost of any such repair, replacement part or replacement product.
Replacement of any specific spare part of the product is subject to availability of stock. In case the substitute / alternate spare part is not available with us, either a lead time would be applicable for the spare part or Intellidesk reserves the right to offer a product which is similar to the model purchased at a deep discount price or offer a reasonable compensation for the product considering period of usage.
In the event that we cannot repair a warranty failure and a replacement product (same or comparable) is provided, you will be responsible for installation. Any repair or replacement under this warranty is limited to the defective part, material or product only.
For Warranty Related Communication, Soft Copy of the Invoice is Mandatory& is the single source of validation of warranty.

What the Limited Warranty does not cover
Intellidesk’s Limited Warranty Policy does not apply or cover issues resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear;
- Improper assembly/disassembly;
- Failure to follow provided safety warnings, setup and operating instructions and any other directions for proper operation;
- Exceeding the maximum weight capacity rated for a product, including desks, chairs, monitor arms and accessories;
- Failure to observe the required motor duty cycles of motorised products;
- Use outdoors or in environments with high heat, high humidity or high salinity;
- Repairs, alterations or modifications performed by anyone not authorised by INTELLIDESK;
- Defects caused in whole or in part by misuse, abuse, abnormal handling, negligence, impact, accident, fire or water damage and electrical overload; and
- repair or replacement of other property damaged by a defective product or the cost of lost time/loss of use are not recoverable under this warranty.
Products Damaged in Transit
All products leave our warehouse well packaged, in perfect condition and this is how they should arrive to you! We hope it doesn’t happen but in the unlikely event that an item gets damaged in transit or part of a delivery is missing please notify us via the Contact page or email help@Intellidesk.in directly within 2 business days of receiving your order.
Please provide your order details and a clear photo or video of the relevant damage so we can organise a replacement part or product as quickly as possible and lodge a claim with the shipping carrier.
REPLACEMENT POLICY
Terms & Conditions for Replacement:
- If the product is received in a damaged condition or is found to have any manufacturing defects, you can request a replacement within 2 days of delivery.
- Any damage resulting from mishandling or improper use of the product is not eligible for replacement.
- The product must be returned in its original condition and in the original packaging to ensure safe return transit.
- Ensure that all original accessories and components are included with the product when returning it.
Procedure for Replacement:
- Contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving the damaged or defective product to initiate the replacement process.
- Provide details of the issue, including clear photographs or videos showing the damage or defect, as applicable. This will help us expedite the process.
- Our team will assess your request and arrange for the replacement of the damaged or defective product.
- Most claim decisions are closed within 1-2 working days.
How to Submit a warranty Claim?
Please submit your warranty service claims as soon as possible. To be Valid, your warranty claims must be submitted within 14 days after discovering the fault.
To authenticate your warranty, you must provide soft copy of your invoice. Submit your claims through the contact form or Directly mail us at help@intellidesk.in to ensure proper handling. You must supply us with clear photographic or video documentation of the alleged problem. If you refuse to submit us the required photo or video as proof to process your claim, we may conclude that you cannot support your claim or have abandoned it.
Our warranty service is dedicated to providing you with any assistance you may need. If a defective item has a flaw, we will send you replacement parts free of charge and provide you with the required or installation instructions. You may replace the parts yourself or through a third party, but we will not be liable for any labor charges incurred as a result of the replacement.
If, after a reasonable number of attempts, we are not able to fix the defects in the products, we will replace the products or reimburse you in an amount equal to the purchase price you paid, less that amount directly attributable to use by you prior to the discovery of the nonconformity. We may also accept your request for partial refund as far as justified by the reduced value of the unrepaired product if you opt to keep it.
Should you require us to repair or replace an itme that is out of warranty, you will pay for all the costs of repair and replacement. Examples of these costs include handing, transport, packaging& Shipment charges.
